Mount Medix Fade Protector was created to protect the color of your mounts. It will stop the color fade or yellowing that occurs with all mounts as the age and are exposed to natural and artificial light. Fade Protector is sprayed on the mount, allowed to dry, where it bonds to hair, fur and feathers to create a long lasting protective barrier against artificial and natural light. Since color change is a relatively slow and irreversible process, must people don't realized its occurring until its too late. Easy to Use. Clean taxidermy thoroughly with Mount Protector and allow to dry. Apply Fade Protector outside or in a well-ventilated area. Shake bottle well. Spray until taxidermy is evenly moist, but do not over apply, and wipe excess of with cloth or sponge.

It takes approximately 1 ounce of Fade Protector to treat a whitetail deer shoulder mount.
